Order & Shipping Process

How do I place my order?

To begin, you’ll need to complete our health intake form to make sure the treatment is a right fit for you. Once reviewed, simply message us here so we can send you a link to check out. Once done, someone from our team will confirm your order and we'll begin the process and arrange shipment.

What’s included in my package?

We’ve prepared a complete kit so you won’t need to buy anything separately. Each package includes:

  • Lyophilized peptide vial
  • 3ml Bacteriostatic water (for dilution)
  • 1 piece reconstitution syringe
  • 5 pieces Insulin syringes
  • 10 Alcohol pads
  • Vial container
  • Brochure with a QR code for full step-by-step guidance

How do I make a payment?

We accept payments through our official channels only.

For same-day delivery via Lalamove, payment is made once the rider picks up your order and we’ve sent you verification photos for assurance.

For orders shipped through LBC Express, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for your convenience.

For international shipping, full payment must be made in advance before we process and ship your order.

How long does it take before you ship out my package?

  • Standard Shipping (LBC): Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off will be shipped the following day.
  • Same-Day Delivery (Lalamove):
    Available any time of the day, with deliveries fulfilled on the same day within Cavite and nearby areas.
  • International Shipping: Shipments are arranged with our partner freight forwarder the next business day after your order is confirmed and payment has been received.

For standard shipping: Once you successfully placed your order, you will automatically receive an email confirmation followed by a another email to notify you that your package has been shipped out. From there, you can keep track of the shipment status real-time.

That's why we highly suggest to use an active email address upon placing an order as it'll be the main channel to receive updates regarding your order.

What shipping courier do you use?

STANDARD SHIPPING

We use LBC Express to securely deliver your package.

SAME DAY DELIVERY 

For clients within Cavite or nearby areas, we also provide same-day delivery through Lalamove. If the delivery address is outside our Lalamove service radius, a minimal additional fee will apply. 

Please note that we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) via Lalamove to avoid cancellation risks once the rider is in transit. 

Payment should be made once the rider has picked up your item and after we have sent you the photos of the assigned rider, their driver’s license, and your order for assurance. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For clients outside the Philippines, we also ship internationally, with clients responsible for the shipping costs. Because customs regulations are strict especially for peptides.

We partner with a trusted freight forwarder to help ensure a smoother clearance process. Please note that shipping peptides internationally may be more challenging than regular items, so extra care is taken to make sure your order arrives safely.

However, please note that international shipping carries inherent risks, and Vaera will not be held liable for any loss, delay, or seizure that may occur during transit.

How long will it take to receive my package?

STANDARD SHIPPING

SAME-DAY-DELIVERY 

For Lalamove orders, we can’t provide an exact delivery time since it depends on rider availability and traffic conditions. However, you can expect your package to be delivered within the same day once it has been picked up.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination, but most packages arrive within 3–5 business days. Please note this is only an estimate and may be affected by customs clearance.

 

Do the products need cold-pack or temperature-controlled shipping?

No, a cold pack is not required. The products are shipped in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form, which keeps them stable at room temperature during transit until they are reconstituted.

Can I still modify my order after placing it?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been packed yet, modifications can be made. Once the package is packed and shipped out, no further changes can be applied.

Do you accept returns and refunds?

No, we do not accept returns or refunds due to the sensitive nature of peptides and for safety reasons.
