Compounded medications are prepared specifically for individual patients pursuant to a valid prescription when required.

3. Product Quality & Testing

We are committed to transparency, safety, and quality.

Vaera partners with licensed compounding pharmacies that adhere to rigorous quality standards. We also conduct third-party testing through U.S.-based independent laboratories to help ensure product quality, purity, sterility, and consistency.

Vaera is proud to be one of the only GLP-1 providers that performs comprehensive testing beyond standard requirements, including:

• Purity & quantity testing
• Bacterial endotoxin testing
• Heavy metal testing
• Sterility testing

Clients may also request a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for additional information regarding their compounded medication or product batch.

4. Ordering Process

Orders must be submitted through our official communication channels or approved intake forms. Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate before completing payment.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion.

5. Payments

We only accept payments made through Vaera Essence’s official payment channels and QR codes. Payments sent to unauthorized accounts, agents, or impersonators will not be recognized.

Customers are responsible for verifying payment details before completing transactions.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines may vary depending on product availability, location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other external factors.

Once an order has been shipped, Vaera Essence is not responsible for courier-related delays, damages, losses, or delivery failures. Customers requesting shipping insurance must notify us prior to shipment.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of wellness products and compounded medications, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless otherwise required by law or approved on a case-by-case basis for damaged or incorrect orders.

8. Communication

All official communication must be conducted through Vaera Essence’s verified channels. Transactions or conversations made outside our official accounts will not be recognized.
