• Reconstitute your 500 mg NAD⁺ vial with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water (BAC) as the standard dilution.
  Gently swirl (do not shake) until fully dissolved.
• Since NAD⁺ may cause a burning or stinging sensation, you can add up to 6 mL of BAC water to further dilute the solution and make injections more comfortable.
• Store it in the refrigerator (2–8 °C). DO NOT FREEZE.
• Use only within 28-30 days upon mixing.
